Newly Upgraded A600 Series Universal Vector Frequency Inverter

In May 2024, Jiangsu RIQNO Electric Co., Ltd. launched the newly upgraded A600 series universal vector frequency inverter. Based on the old version, the product has made some adjustments to the parameters, expanded the power range, and added new application scenarios to better meet the needs of overseas customers in the frequency inverter market.

The new A600 series frequency inverter provides four power ranges, as follows:
Power Range

The A600 series is a high-performance vector frequency inverter. All its power supplies use standard IGBT modules based on heavy-duty design. It is equipped with independent air ducts, low-frequency high torque and one-key macro functions, which greatly improves the efficiency and performance of the product, allowing the product to accurately control the current with high precision, helping the product to better adapt to various working conditions.

Its built-in brake unit is 0.75kw-22kw. For some special applications, a PG card can be optionally equipped, and it also has intelligent motor speed regulation with PID function.

The panel of A600 is a dual-display design, which displays data more clearly. At the same time, the panel is detachable and easy to remotely control, making the operation more convenient.

A good-quality frequency inverter should protect the motor from instantaneous high current impact when the motor is powered on, effectively protect the life of the motor, and adjust the output voltage frequency according to the load current to reduce power loss to meet the effect of energy saving and power saving. A600 has a variety of safety protection functions: such as overvoltage protection, overcurrent protection, overheating protection, short circuit protection, etc., which can better protect the safety of the frequency inverter and motor during operation.

The storage temperature of the frequency inverter needs to be maintained at -20℃~+60℃, no downshifting from 10℃ to 40℃, downshifting to 60℃, and no condensation within 90% humidity. Correctly use and protection of it can improve product work efficiency and better protect the product.
