How to Adjust the Speed of Frequency Converter

The frequency converter is mainly composed of four parts: rectifier, filter, inverter and control circuit. The rectifier converts AC power into DC power, the filter filters the DC power, and then the inverter converts the DC power into variable frequency AC power again to supply the motor. The process of frequency converter speed regulation can be divided into the following steps:

3. Motor control: The inverter supplies the output AC power to the motor to control its speed. The frequency converter controls the speed by adjusting the voltage and frequency to change the rotation speed and direction of the magnetic field inside the motor. The change in frequency directly affects the speed of the motor, while the change in voltage affects the load capacity of the motor.

4. Stability regulation: In order to improve the performance and stability of the frequency converter, the control circuit will also adjust and correct the output voltage and frequency. This can ensure the accuracy of the motor speed and protect the motor from problems such as overcurrent and overload.
